Araki filmed Immoral First Love: Loving from the Nipples for his own production company, Taro Pro, and it was released theatrically in Japan by OP Eiga on December 1, 2001.[2] It was given Honorable Mention for Best Film at the Pink Grand Prix ceremony.[3]

Synopsis

On a trip to open new business for his film distribution company, Nomura travels to his hometown of Nagano. There he meets his first love, Sayuri, whose parents ran a small movie theater. They rekindle their releationship, causing Sayuri to reconsider her interest in the marriage proposal from her boyfriend, Kimio.[4]
